She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of GURS until 2025. Dr Slavica Pušica (Slavica Pusica) is a urologist specializing in reconstructive surgery, genital surgery, and andrology. She is a member of the Belgrade Center for Genital Reconstructive Surgery under the mentorship of Professor Miroslav Djordjevic, and practices at ST Medica General Hospital. She completed her residency in urology from 2019 to 2024 and served as a clinical physician at the Military Medical Academy (VMA) in Belgrade. Her clinical work includes pediatric urology, genital surgery, and gender-affirming procedures. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in reconstructive surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. Dr Pušica has published numerous papers in international journals and textbooks in urological and gender-affirming surgery.

Dr Jovan Dučić (Jovan Ducic) is a plastic and reconstructive surgery resident in Belgrade, Serbia. He is a member of the Belgrade Center for Genital Reconstructive Surgery, where he is involved in gender-affirming surgery, as well as surgical treatment of congenital conditions. He is also actively involved in clinical research and his professional interests include plastic and reconstructive surgery, gender-affirming surgery, microsurgery, breast surgery, and aesthetic surgery. Dr Dučić is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and regularly participates in international scientific meetings, surgical courses, and educational programs in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
